1-1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup mustard (yellow or Dijon works)
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425. Double line an 8 x 8 baking pan with foil.
In a small bowl mix honey, soy sauce, mustard, and seasonings.
Place chicken breasts in baking pan and pour mixture on top. Toss chicken around to make sure the sauce is coating it all.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Enjoy over a bed of rice and make sure to pour extra sauce over chicken!
